When running the AEIMPORTUTILITY in command prompt, you may encounter the following error message: "the type of initializer for 'xtendersolutions.aeimportutilities.aeimportutilities' threw an exception."

All versions that include the AE Import Utility or AEIMPORTUTILITY

Resolution:
Reinstall and register the AE Import Utility or AEIMPORTUTILITY.
