AppEnhancer - Authentication Error When Logging into Web Access
You may encounter the following error when attempting to log in to Web Access. This typically occurs due to recent changes to login or authentication settings in Active Directory: XtenderSolutions.AXEngineApi.AXEngineLoginFailedException: Login failed ---> XtenderSolutions.Authentication.AuthenticationException: Error during authentication ---> System.InvalidOperationException: There is already an open DataReader associated with this Connection which must be closed first.

You must remove all associated/original users from AE Admin and reimport the users back into the system.
