AppEnhancer - Documentpageversion error when viewing documents

Users may be able to search for documents but receive an error when attempting to open or view them because the AppEnhancer service account is locking during document access.

Resolution:

1. Confirm whether the problem is limited to document viewing versus document search.
 
2. If applicable, rerun component registration for all components and reboot the server as an initial troubleshooting step.


3. If the issue persists and the service account continues to lock, review the impersonation account credentials used on the path.

4. Reseat or update the impersonation account password for the supplied path credentials for the storage paths. 

5. Validate by testing document viewing again.
