AppEnhancer - Full Text Idol Cannot Add Database 

Error "Create full-text database failed when attempting to add a database in AE Administrator for Full Text Idol.

Error:

Resolution:
1. Ensure the "AppEnhancer Full Text Server" service is running. 
2. Ensure you are using the correct IP Address of the Full Text server.
3. Check the Event Logs on the Web Access Server and may indicate the wrong port is being used when it should be 9100.  
4. If the logs reference a different port, ensure that ports 9100–9200 are open so the full required range is available.
