AppEnhancer - Installation issues on Windows Server 2022

If you try to install 25.4 on Windows 2022 Server, you may encounter issues.  

Version:
All Supported Versions running on Windows 2022

Resolution:
You must install the Desktop Runtime.  
Windows 2022 Server does not include the Desktop Runtime by default.
Even installing the .NET Hosting Bundle or ASP.NET Runtime does not include it.
The Desktop Runtime is only installed if you explicitly add it.
