AppEnhancer – License Usage Increasing Rapidly

Users are reporting that AppEnhancer licenses are being consumed rapidly, reaching the maximum limit within a short period. This results in users being unable to log in or access Web Access.

When deploying a load balancer in the environment, confirm that session persistence or session pinning is enabled.
