In AppEnhancer, what are the permission requirements for the AE Import Utility AKA: AEIMPORTUTILITY

Applies to Versions:
All versions related to the AE Import Utility 

Resolution:
1. The Application Manager role is required to use the Import Utility.
2. The user also needs the Index/Image Import permission. 

Note: The roles and permissions outlined above restrict administrative functions. Users without Admin permissions are limited to importing images and cannot perform administrative changes within the application.
