Resolution:
1. Fill out AX Web Services URL. (URL is usually http://10.1.25.104/AppXtenderServices/AxServicesInterface.asmx)
2. Data Source Name.
3. UN, and PW.
Note: sysop UN/PW is recommended.
4. Index values are saved in the file name using _ as the separator.

Note: Create a new profile by filling out each row.

Note: File Type is case sensitive.
9. File > Save.
10. To test, you can select "Process" And then hit the process button to test.
!WARNING! img and index file need to be in the same folder path.
