Instructions on how to activate the license key for the Kofax/Tungsten Export Connector.

Summary:
These instructions will help you activate your license. The One Step Activation does NOT work.
You will need to activate using the Two Step Activation using the Save Activation Request to File option.
Resolution:
1. Once you receive your license key,
2. Go to the filepath where you installed it Default is: C:\Program Files (x86)\MetaSource\MetaSource Advanced AX Export\ and launch “MetaSource.LicenseActivator.exe” as Administrator.
3. If you receive an error with this activation, select “Save Activation Request to File”.
4. Save this file to the Desktop.
5. Then proceed to https://licserv.metasource.com/MetaSourceLicensing/Default.aspx and select “Activation” in the top navigation.
6. Next you will select “Choose File”.
7. Then select “Activate License Key” at the bottom. The license will activate and a “Download” button will appear. Save this file as well and return to the MetaSource.LicenseActivator application. 8. Select Step 2. “Activate with Activation File from Step 1” and select the file you downloaded from the website.
9.The status at the bottom should now display “Activated.”
