Enabling logs for Tungsten Kofax Import Connector in Tungsten Capture
- On the {Kofax Capture Server}, launch Kofax Capture Administration and select "Electronic Documents".
- Select "Configuration"
- Select "General Settings"
- Change the Log level to "DEBUG"
- Copy the log file path.
- Select "OK"
- Select "Restart Service"
- Replicate the issue.
