Enabling logs for Tungsten Kofax Import Connector in Tungsten Capture

  1. On the {Kofax Capture Server}, launch Kofax Capture Administration and select "Electronic Documents".
  2. Select "Configuration"
    Kofax-Logs-2-Config
  3. Select "General Settings"
    Kofax-Logs-3-Gen
  4. Change the Log level to "DEBUG"
  5. Copy the log file path.
  6. Select "OK"
    Kofax-Logs-6-OK
  7. Select "Restart Service"
  8. Replicate the issue.
