Tungsten (Kofax) Capture/VRS - Scan.exe Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point png_set_longjmp_fn could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax Capture\ImgCtls\bin\kpng32.flt.

KC 11+ and VRS 5.+
Summary:
The procedure entry point png_set_longjmp_fn could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax Capture\ImgCtls\bin\kpng32.flt.
Resolution:
On the troubled workstation.
1. Uninstall VRS,
2. Uninstall Kofax Capture from the workstation.
3. Re-install Kofax VRS.
4. Re-install KC with CMD.
But launch it in cmd admin \\servername\capturesv\wrkinst\setup.exe -novrs
(This will allow kofax capture to install without vrs.
5. Re-install any fixpacks/servicepacks to match the same version as the server.
