OPA AppWorks AppEnhancer - Link Document call fails after calling Create Entity

When WIM executes the create entity operation via the web service, OPA successfully returns the new entity’s item ID. However, when WIM subsequently invokes the Link Document method, the process fails and returns the error: “The item '{entity type}' with Id '{returned id}' is not available.” As a result, while the entity is created, the AppEnhancer document is not associated with the newly created entity.
