OTS - Errors deploying processes to Tomcat
When installing OTS and trying to deploy to OTS Manager, you may encounter various errors in the All-Debug Log.

Error:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\OTS_24.4\BaseRepositories\tomcat\ots\common\_configs\default.xSystemConfig (Access is denied)
Resolution:
Try to use the service/impersonation account on the Tomcat OTS Service. If that does not work, use Local System.
