[PaperVision](https://knowledgebase.metasource.com/papervision?hsLang=en) # PaperVision Enterprise/ImageSilo – Viewing All Document Search Results on a Single Screen ## To take action on multiple documents, it can be helpful to display all search results on one screen. By default, only 500 results appear per page. **Applies to Versions: 84 and above** For bulk actions, it’s useful to display all search results on one screen. Since only 500 results are shown by default, follow these steps to load all results at once. **Resolution:**  On the bottom left of the search results screen is the page number and the per page indicator ![](https://knowledgebase.metasource.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-16-2025-03-02-02-5946-PM.png?width=374&height=97&name=image-png-Sep-16-2025-03-02-02-5946-PM.png) On the bottom right of the page you will see a number indicating how many documents are displayed.
