PaperVision Enterprise/ImageSilo – Viewing All Document Search Results on a Single Screen
To take action on multiple documents, it can be helpful to display all search results on one screen. By default, only 500 results appear per page.

For bulk actions, it’s useful to display all search results on one screen. Since only 500 results are shown by default, follow these steps to load all results at once.
Resolution:
On the bottom left of the search results screen is the page number and the per page indicator

On the bottom right of the page you will see a number indicating how many documents are displayed. If there are more than the default view will allow, you will see a [+] indicating there are more than that number of results.

To load all the results of the search onto page 1 of the search results, first change the "per page" option to "All"

Then click the right arrow as if you'd prefer to advance to page 2

You will notice the item count on the bottom right of the screen increase exponentially with every click of the right page-advance arrow.

After the first click in our example, we now know there are more than 1000 results.
Keep clicking the page-advace arrow until the [+] sign disappears on the item count, and you get an exact number of results.

In our example, there are a total of 3713 documents returned.
The user can now select all the results of the page and take an action, such as exporting the index information or the files.
