AE - Error opening applications in Web Access.

When selecting certain applications in Web Access, an error pops up: An unexpected error has occurred.

Resolution:
A cross-app query was created by a user that has been deleted from the system.  The applications that were returning the "unexpected error" are the same exact applications that are connected from the cross-app query.  To resolve the issue:

  1. Make a note of the configuration of the cross-app query (which applications are involved, and which fields are set for the query).
  2. Delete the cross-app query from all affected applications.
  3. Recreate the cross-app query.
